Over 25 years of collaboration with our customers, we have continuously improved our consumables for precision grinding. We have developed an extremely versatile and efficient grinding wheel with an open structure, suitable for a much wider range of materials. It enables effective chip and heat removal and good coolant circulation, keeping the process as close as possible to cold grinding.
The high-performance cutting speed that only vitrified CBN wheels can surpass is due to the grain size and type made of 5RBA superior corundum. With a grain size of 120, the material possesses its best characteristics. We have been able to lower the wear on the dressing diamonds by optimizing the mix. Our experience has enabled us to achieve excellent results on mild and hardened steels up to 62 HRC, hard chrome, brass, cast iron, stainless steels, Inconel, etc.
Standard references are permanently in stock. Customized products have a production lead time of eight weeks. On request, we can maintain your products in stock in specific dimensions. Our staff is at your disposal to answer all of your questions.
